We’re excited to welcome Abby to the Roland Jeffery Physiotherapy team!
Abby graduated from Auckland University of Technology in 2025 with a Bachelor of Health Science (Physiotherapy) (Honours), receiving the ASICS Prize Award for excellence in research.
With a background in personal training and coaching, Abby brings a strong foundation in strength & conditioning, exercise prescription and movement analysis. She combines this experience with evidence-based physiotherapy to provide personalised rehabilitation that supports both recovery and long-term performance.
Abby has also gained valuable experience working alongside high-performance athletes through the Manurewa Marlins, SailGP and the Blues. Whether it’s recovering from an injury, returning to sport, improving movement or taking performance to the next level, Abby is passionate about helping people achieve their goals.
