Janina Aricheta graduated in 2013 from Otago University with Bachelor of Physiotherapy. She has since completed her Certificate in Manual therapy in 2015, Post-Graduate Diploma in Western Acupuncture in 2016 and Post-Graduate Diploma in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy in 2019. She also finished her Pilates training in 2020.
Janina has worked with international sporting teams including New Zealand Football—supporting athletes through injury prevention, rehabilitation, and peak performance.
Janina has a special interest in shoulder and spinal injuries. She combines hands-on expertise with a holistic, evidence-based approach tailored to each patient’s goals. Janina also offers Pilates instruction through one-on-one sessions and group classes.
Janina speaks fluent Tagalog.
