I use Functional Movement Screen (FMS); a great system for identifying muscle imbalances, weakness and asymmetries to help my clients. Having completed the training, FMS benefits my clients by providing objective information and then exercises for strengthening and movement. This assists my client’s return to their sports, work or daily life - pain free and stronger. Check out the FMS website www.functionalmovement.com and call me today for your FMS assessment.
