Bianca de Ruiter

Bianca graduated from Auckland University of Technology (AUT) in 2022 with a Bachelor of Health Science in Physiotherapy and is currently completing her Postgraduate Diploma in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy. With a strong passion for injury management and performance, she brings valuable experience as the physiotherapist for the East Coast Bays Rugby Premier team, as well as working with North Harbour Rugby’s Under 85s.

Bianca combines evidence-based treatment with a warm, patient-centred approach to support your recovery, relieve pain, and enhance performance. With a personal background in surfing and horse riding, she understands the physical demands and unique challenges of active lifestyles. This perspective drives her dedication to helping people reach their goals and get back to doing what they love with confidence.
