To often we find ourselves lagging behind on the sports field, wanting that extra edge to enhance our recovery or exceed expectation. Perhaps trying a personal trainer is the key!

RJ Physio has Jason Rope, a registered Physiotherapist, with Human Movement and Sport Science specialties. He is able to work one on one with you to help you achieve your health and fitness goals. He works in conjunction with a number of other personal trainers with various skill sets and has worked in the industry for 4 years.
