FIFA U-17 Women’s World Cup

Wed Nov. 14th 2018

Janina Aricheta is currently with the New Zealand U-17 team in Uruguay. The team had a winning start at the FIFA U-17 Women’s World Cup, with a well-deserved 1-0 win over Finland. Kelli Brown curled a right footed shot into the top corner, from at least 25 yards for a sensational goal! It was a great performance from the team. They face Uruguay next, which is going to be a huge challenge in front of a packed home crowd. Janina is working hard to keep the girls on the pitch. Good luck girls!
