Mon Feb. 15th 2016

It’s February already and another busy year lies ahead with badminton. RJ Physio is a proud sponsor of North Harbour Badminton and has worked closely with a number of key tournaments over the last 5 years.

One of our physiotherapists Vicki Copeland will playing once again at elite level as well as representing RJ Physio with tournament physio coverage for all the players’ aches and pains.

RJ Physio will be covering first aid, strappings, massage and also with education and advise on a number of related topics, such as stretching and injury prevention.

Badminton has a number of different injuries, than football (the clinics’ main sports focus), with k tape a common feature of the injured badminton player.

This year RJ Physio will be assisting at the Oceania Championships, Sky City Open, North Harbour Open and the NZ Age Group Championships – Palmerston North.
