Earlier this year RJ Physio was proud to open the Liz Jeffery Studio’s. With three additional treatment rooms the new facilities will provide you with more flexible treatment times and with the ever-increasing demand for Pilates, the new studio will also allow us to provide you with more classes and one on one sessions.
